I’m Niklas, an independent designer and developer based in Denmark. I design and build websites and digital products, and help businesses put AI to work in their everyday workflows.
01 / Case study / TatTool
Building the systems behind a tattoo studio.
I designed and built TatTool’s web and mobile apps, bringing bookings, payments, workflow automation, and AI into one platform for tattoo studios.
Payments and financial records
Deposits, online payments, and refunds through Stripe and Vipps MobilePay. Transaction histories and reconciliation keep track of the money, including when a checkout is interrupted.
Visual workflow automation
A visual builder for email, SMS, and webhooks, with conditions and wait steps. A persistent queue keeps scheduled communication running across process restarts.
AI assistant and MCP
An embedded assistant helps build automation drafts. REST and MCP let external tools work with studio operations within the user’s permissions.
